what do you do at training sessions?

Im interested in skating but i dont know anyone and i have no idea what to expect at a training session?


Well at each training session, we start off with a warm up of just skating round the track, then we move onto endurance skating, blocking drills, falling drills, a bit more endurance, and then mini scrimages :D
